Blogging starts again in 2013

Well I was thinking about opening a new website for my art services.. Most free website help guides.. Turn to blogging as a cheap alternative... Should I be active again n reuse my old blog instead? N direct my post.. In the blogs as a website persay? Facebook is one avenue...  Last time was using Multiply... Hmmmm.. FB Peeps... Your advices Pls?
